Dinner Choice
It's Instrumental includes a plated dinner for our guests; you may choose from the 3 options listed below. All dinners include vegetables, salad, dinner rolls, and coffee. Please indicate how many of each option you would like for you and your guests. If you are purchasing a table or bringing guests, and do not yet know all dinner preferences, please leave this section blank and we will contact you prior to the event to confirm your dinner preferences.
1. Boursin Chicken
Chicken breast pan-seared and breaded with Boursin cream sauce. Served with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
2. Parmesan Walleye
7oz walleye filet pan fried with parmesan cheese, served with roasted red potatoes and a trio of fresh vegetables with caper cream sauce.
3. Linguine Noodles (Vegetarian)
Linguine noodles with Scampi butter parmesan sauce, wild mushrooms, grape tomatoes, shallots, asparagus, peppers.
