Thank you for your interest in particpating in our 9th annual Bacon & Brew Bash Event. The Bacon & Brew Bash will take place at Vernon Street Town Square on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 5:00-9:00 PM. We are expecting about 500 guests this year. Please return this form as soon as possible but NO LATER THAN September 18th, so we can reserve your booth space and have ample time to promote your participation within our social media strategy.

 Event Schedule

• 2:30-4:30 PM Vendor booth setup
• 5:00 PM Doors open
• 8:45 PM–Last pour of alcohol, as mandated by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC)
• 9:00 PM–Vendor disassemble booth and “clean-up” start.

Items provided by the Roseville Police Activities League will include the following:

• One (1) 8-foot table
• Up to two (2) vendor passes for workers representing your establishment the day of the event.
• Disposable utensils

Food Vendors

• 6-inch serving plates
• Plastic forks
• Plastic spoons
• Paper napkins
  

Beer Vendors

• ice
• 1 plastic ice tubs
  
  

Please come prepared with the following items:

• Enough FOOD/ BEER samples to serve 500+/- guests As we get closer to the event, we will provide you with a headcount of ticket sales
• Please comply with the local Health Department laws and regulations
• Bring your own booth, décor, signage and promotional materials to display at your table
• Recommended: Bring a 10x10 pop up tent or market umbrella and weight in the case of wind, to be used as part of your display

Prior to, RPAL will send out specific event instructions including location assignments.

By signing this AGREEMENT, I acknowledge that my business has read this agreement in its entirety and we agree to participate in this event as a vendor. Please see attached copy of our Special Event health permit.
