For a limited time, PetTest is offering Customers who currently use a pet glucose meter from the leading competitor ("AT3"), a FREE PetLink+ Meter Kit!

Simply fill out the form below, and once you get an approval email from PetTest, you will be sent a link to buy your PetTest PetLink+ Meter Kit. We will send you a return shipment label in the box for you to send the AT3 Meter to us, since you will have received the PetLink+ Meter already. This way, you will never be without a home glucose monitoring system for your pet - no "down time"!

You will then send us your "AT3" meter at the address specified in the confirmation email. It MUST be an operational meter from our competitor, no broken meters will be accepted. The process is final and binding.

Once received, PetTest will issue a store credit for the amount paid for your new PetLink+ Meter!

PetTest will not hold/quarantine the "AT3" meters sent in for any measurable period of time, and holds no responsibility for the competitor meter once mailed in. Once you mail the competing meter in, the decision is final and binding, and you will not be able to recover it.
