Saturday, October 12th, 2024; 11AM - 4PM. Setup starts at 9:30AM. We will not accept vendors who arrive after 10:30AM, to keep the flow of setup on time. If you are late, your deposit will not be refunded. Pack up starts at 4PM, no earlier please!

Deposit
The vending fee is $20 per half table and $30 per full table. Your vending fee will confirm your participation in the Fest and pay for printing, equipment, advertisement, and water. The tabling fee will be sent via Venmo. We will send out confirmation emails/deposit information by 9/7. Deposits will be due on 9/21. Cancellations made after 9/28 will not be refunded.
Tables/Chairs/Tents
Tents will be provided at this event. Tables and chairs will also be provided, but if you would like to bring your own table or chair, make note of it in the application form. If you wish to share a table with a specific person during the event, make note of it in the application form. Clothing racks will not be allowed at this time due to space restrictions.
Parking & Accessibility
There is a small bump from the sliding gate to enter the Demo parking lot. We plan to keep tables at least 6 feet away from each wall and at least 2 feet of space between each table. There is 2 hour street parking in front of Demo, and ample street parking in the residential area near Demo.
