I understand that attendance at the trial hosted by Catamount Working Dog Club (CWDC) is not without risk to myself, my dog or any guests in attendance. I hereby waive and release CWDC, it's members, officers, guests, trial personnel and other agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage resulting from the actions of any dog, individual or training activity. I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending this function held by CWDC or while on any grounds used by CWDC in association with this event.

I also agree to release from responsiblity any person or company whose property CWDC may be using to host this event.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CWDC and PSA/AS and their members, officers, guests, trial personnel and other agents free of any and all claims by myself or any person accompanying me to this event or while on the grounds used for CWDC events.
