  • I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being allowed to participate in activities organized by Runners High 09:I understand that running, jogging, and related physical activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, and collisions with objects or other individuals. I acknowledge that Runners High 09, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors, including any associated entities, are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in club activities. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may sustain while participating in Runners High 09 events or related activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my own physical fitness and health suitability for participating in running activities, and I will consult with a medical professional if I have any concerns or doubts about my ability to participate safely. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Runners High 09 organizers and volunteers during club events and activities. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Runners High 09, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and associated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.   • I hereby consent to the use of any media (including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, and written content) taken of me during any event organized by Runners High 09. I understand that such media may be used by Runners High 09 for sponsorship purposes, promotional materials, social media, website content, and any other form of distribution or reuse deemed appropriate by the organization.I hereby waive any right to compensation or ownership of the media content and release Runners High 09 and its representatives from any claims or liabilities arising out of the use of such media.By accepting below, I acknowledge that my participation in Runners High 09 events implies acceptance of this media consent agreement.*
