Young Church Registration
This form is to register youth to participate Ignite (Grades 5-6) and/or Young Church (Grades 7-12).

Please note that this is NOT the registration form for Youth Confirmation Preparation. If you're looking to register your child for Confirmation preparation, please visit our Confirmation page for more information.

Meeting Dates/Times:
- Grades 5-6 (Ignite) meet on Sundays from 3:00-4:30 pm in the PLC. The first session of Ignite for this Fall will be Sunday, September 29, 2024.
- Grades 7-8 and Grades 9-12 meet on Sundays from 6:00-8:00 pm in the PLC. Our first session for MS & HS will be Sunday, September 22, 2024.
