Program Structure:
The Elevate Creatives Internship is structured over 16-week periods, allowing students to balance their studies with valuable work experience. Interns are expected to commit to 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available to accommodate class schedules and other academic responsibilities. Participants will receive mentorship, attend workshops, and collaborate on projects that enhance their skills and creativity.
Areas of Focus:
1. Audio Engineering
- Learn the intricacies of recording, mixing, and mastering with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Assist with live recording sessions, ensuring top-notch sound quality.
2. Music Production
- Work alongside producers to create original tracks and refine existing projects.
- Gain experience in beat-making, arrangement, and post-production.
3. Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote studio services and events.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and monitor audience engagement.
4. Video Production
- Assist in filming and editing video content for promotional materials and artist features.
- Gain experience with professional video equipment and editing software.
5. Event Planning & Management
- Help organize and execute studio events, including workshops, listening parties, and networking sessions.
- Manage event logistics and provide on-site support.
6. Artist Relations
- Act as a liaison between the studio and the artists, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
