Below you will find your driver's schedule, car rules & Safe Way regulations.
Driver's Schedule:
Driver's schedule is flexible based upon client's schedule.
Monday-Friday
1st shift | 5:30am-11:30am
2nd shift | 1:30pm-7:30pm
Saturdays 1st & 3rd of each month
1st shift | 9am-2pm
2nd shift | 4pm-9pm
Sundays | OFF
* Your personal driver will notify the client at least 2 weeks in advance of any vacation times or changes in schedule.
Car Rules:
1. No eating meals, snacks only.
2. No drinking alcohol.
3. No vandalizing interior or exterior.
4. No vaping or smoking.
Safe Way Regulations:
1. No road trips longer than 45 minutes (traffic time is not included)
2. Waiting more than 10 minutes upon arrival results in a $5 fee.
3. Waiting longer than 10 minutes upon arrival could result in ride cancellation. (Please keep in mind that your driver has other rides she has to tend too.)
4. Client is allowed one FREE extra rider per ride.
5. Adding a 3rd or 4th passenger results in an additional $10 per person. (The client must notify the driver in advance and pay the extra charge for the add on passengers before driver arrives for pick up.)
6. Last minute ride cancellations results in a $20 fee;anything less than1 hour. (Exceptions can be made if its an explainable emergency).
7. One ride can be rescheduled, per week, atleast 12 hrs in advance; as long as it does not conflict with other pre scheduled rides.
8. No ride reschedules on weekends.
9. Clients must allow 15 to 30 minutes between pick up times.
10. Driver is allowed to terminate anyone’s subscription if she feels threatened, disrespected, or if client is not compliant with rules and regulations.
11. Disrespect, vandalism, excessive profane language, negative/toxic traits, fighting, carrying dangerous weapons, continual lateness, excessive cancellations, filthiness, continuation of breaking rules, having illegal drugs, bullying and anything inappropriate will result in a discontinuation of personal transportation and may result in fines and legal actions.
