TCA Design Awards 2026 – Project Awards Application

The Project Awards categories honor leading concrete projects and designs from across Tennessee. We have awards under the three broad categories: Architect/Engineer, Contractor and Ready Mix & Precast. Please follow the instructions to nominate a project for an award.
Applications are due by December 1st!

TCA Design Awards – Project Awards Entries

Please choose only one entry per form. If you would like to nominate multiple projects, remember to complete this form for EACH entry. Check all of the information you fill in CAREFULLY as whatever is entered below is what will be written on the awards plaques & website. REMEMBER - projects may only be submitted if the concrete was provided by a TCA ready mix or precast MEMBER company!
Contractor Awards Category – this category is intended to recognize excellence in concrete installation. Winning projects will recognize the contractor/installer and ready mix producer (who must be a TCA member). Plaques will be presented to these two entities – additional plaques may be requested to recognize other team members at a cost of $150 per plaque.
Architect/Engineer Awards Category – this category is intended to recognize excellence in concrete design for both architecture and engineering. Winning projects will recognize the architect, primary concrete engineer, contractor and ready mix producer (who must be a TCA member). Plaques will be presented to these four entities – additional plaques may be requested to recognize other team members at a cost of $150 per plaque.
Ready Mix & Precast Awards Category – this category is intended to recognize excellence in concrete applications. Winning projects will recognize the owner, contractor/installer and ready mix producer (who must be a TCA member). Plaques will be presented to these three entities – additional plaques may be requested to recognize other team members at a cost of $150 per plaque.
Concrete Testing Awards Category (new) – This award recognizes projects where the testing authority conducted concrete acceptance testing according to all applicable ASTM standards, leading to the installation of quality concrete throughout the project and eliminating unnecessary delays due to non-standard concrete testing practices. The nominee should be a commercial or agency testing organization and the nomination has to come from a ready mix producer. Two plaques will be awarded, one to the testing organization and one to the ready mix producer.
