    TCA Design Awards 2026 – Individual Recognition Awards Application

    The following categories are to honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the concrete industry in Tennessee. Individuals nominated must work with a TCA member company. Plaques will be presented to the individual. This form includes the Lifetime Hall of Fame Award, the Regional Impact Award, the Master Craftsman Award, the Frontline Ambassador Award, the Women in Concrete Impact Award, Most Supporting Associate Member Award and the Most Supportive Affiliate Member Award. If you would like to nominate multiple people for the same awards category, remember to complete this form for EACH entry. Judging will be done by the TCA Executive Committee and awards for these categories may not be given every year.

  • Tennessee Lifetime Hall of Fame Award
