    TCA Design Awards 2026 – Individual Recognition Awards Application

    The following awards categories honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the concrete industry in Tennessee. Plaques will be presented to the individual. This form includes the Lifetime Hall of Fame Award, the Regional Impact Award, the Master Craftsman Award and the Frontline Ambassador Award. If you would like to nominate multiple people for the same awards category, remember to complete this form for EACH entry. Judging will be done by the TCA Executive Committee and awards for these categories may not be given every year.

  • Tennessee Lifetime Hall of Fame Award

    Please tell us the nominee's story, and why they deserve to be inducted into the TCA Lifetime Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is reserved for individuals whose careers have been primarily focused on Tennessee, and who have made a long-term positive impact on the Tennessee Concrete Industry.
