2. When the vehicle is not in use, it must be locked and parked on Smyth County School Board property and may not be taken home. All School Board vehicles are restricted to School Board business purposes only. 3.VEHICLE PICKUP: Reserved vehicles are picked up at Smyth County School Board, 121 Bagley Circle, Marion, VA. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am until 5:00 pm. WEEKEND RENTALS- -Vehicles reserved for Saturday or Sunday trips must be picked up on Friday afternoons between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. 4.PARKING AND/OR MOVING VIOLATIONS: The driver at the time of the incident is responsible for all violations issued to the vehicle. All fines or fees are at the driver's expense and will not be reimbursed by the School Board unless it is deemed to be a School Board violation. 5.VEHICLE RETURN: vehicles are returned to the Smyth County School Board office parking lot. If your return is prior to 5:00pm the keys should be brought into the office (office 312 If your return is after 5:00 pm keys should be locked in the vehicle along with this form. 6. CLEANING and/or REPORTING: It is your responsibility as the driver to return the vehicle clean and refueled. If this is not done so you will be called back to the office to do so. This could also result in suspension of the use of the vehicles. Remove any trash from the vehicle and report any dash lights or malfunctions the vehicle shows. 7.GAS: Gas must be purchased at gas stations that accept the Voyager card. Locations may be found using the website: fleetcommanderonline.com. Please follow the directions on the pump entering mileage and pin number for card attached to key. The pin number is the six digit number on the pouch. 1-866-275-7338 for problems with card. 8.LATE RETURN: Late returns are only acceptable in case of breakdown or emergency. If you do not return vehicle at specified time you will be withholding it from others being able to pick up at their reserved time. This could result in denial of later usage. 9. IN CASE OF ACCIDENT In the case of an accident or alleged accident, completion of a Driver's Report of Vehicle Incident (accident report) is required. This is in addition to any reports filed by any Department of Public Safety and Security or any police department. Completed accident report and any incident related documentation should be returned to Phillip Griffin or Beth Frye within twenty-four (24) hours. 10.
