NeON Arts Spring 2026 Registration Form

We are thrilled that you are interested in joining the NeON Arts Spring 2026 program. NeON Arts is a program offered by the Department of Probation designed for young people ages 16-24. Participants may enroll in one workshop. Please choose from the list of workshops that interest you.

In order to receive a stipend clients MUST:

Meet all the age requirements ages 16-24 years old by completion of workshop cycle
Provide ALL of the following information:
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Address (NYC Residence)
- Email
- Phone Number
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
Sign in on the attendance sheet at EACH workshop

Renaissance Youth Center will begin notifying applicants via email on Monday, February 9th with enrollment confirmation (response to the email will be required to accept the workshop). The information you enter on the form below is used to contact and pay (if qualified) the particpant. If the information entered is inaccurate then you will not hear from the NeON Arts staff.
