NeON Arts Fall 2025 Registration Form

We are thrilled that you are interested in joining the NeON Arts Fall 2025 program. NeON Arts is a program offered by the Department of Probation designed for young people ages 16-24. Clients may register for one workshop.

In order to receive a stipend clients MUST:

Meet all the age requirements ages 16-24 years old by completion of workshop cycle
Provide ALL of the following information:
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Address (NYC Residence)
- Email
- Phone Number
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
Sign in on the attendance sheet at EACH workshop

Renaissance Youth Center will begin notifying applicants on Thursday, September 25th with confirmation enrollment (response to the email will be required to accept the workshop).
