PLEASE NOTE:

Embrace Wellness prefers to conduct smaller classes to ensure exceptional training in a serene and sacred environment. To maintain this high level of energy, we reserve the right to decline any enrolment application.

Upon submitting your application, it will be reviewed within five business days, and you’ll receive an email regarding the outcome. If your application is successful, we will reach out to confirm your enrolment and provide details to help you prepare for the start of your Reiki course.

Note: Your spot in the Reiki course will be secured only when both the enrolment form and fees have been received.

ENROLMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. By submitting this enrolment form you agree that you have read and understood the enrolment terms and conditions and state that you accept these terms and conditions including the payment plan terms and conditions listed herewith.
2. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Embrace Wellness reserves the right to reject any application for enrolment. If your application for enrolment is accepted you will be sent a letter of confirmation and relevant information within 5 business days about starting your training course.
4. Course fees & Payment plans: must be paid in full on enrolment.
5. Enrolment fees, course fees and part course fees once paid are non-refundable.
6. All fees are in Australian dollars.
7. Deferrals: Students who cannot participate in the course due to illness or other extenuating circumstances may be able to defer to a later course date, at our discretion.
8. In the very unlikely event that a class needs to be deferred due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified via text message, phone or email.
9. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver the course due to circumstances beyond our control, the course may be put on hold and deferred to a later date, which will be as soon as possible.
10. Cancellations: Cancellations for all classes and workshops are NOT accepted and refunds are NOT available. Please consider carefully before enrolling as numbers are restricted for all training courses.
11. In the event of any circumstances beyond our control which require classes to be cancelled, fees will not be refunded, and every effort will be made to deliver the training course via an alternative method.
12. Behaviour: any student who uses behaviour that is offensive, upsetting, aggressive or disruptive to the class, will be asked to leave. If a student is expelled, no refund of any course fees already paid will be available, and no graduation certificates will be issued.
13. Liability: while all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied by Embrace Wellness and their employees and representatives can accept no liability. The information supplied is not intended to replace medical advice.
14. Please note that this course does not lead to the government regulated higher education awards as it is an industry-regulated and accredited course.
