The exhibitor understands that no tacks, staples, or things of that nature are to be allowed to be used on the venue walls. If there is damage done by the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be responsible for all fees charged. No open flames, no lit items such as incense or any burning products. No scent diffusers or melts with scents allowed.

If circumstances, including but not limited to COVID restrictions changing, cause an event to be postponed by Gregory Hall of the Boss Take Charge event, any money paid will be turned into a credit to be used at a later date. The Boss Take Charge event is an all-inclusive event, and pending there are requirements such as mandates and passports, the events would be immediately postponed to ensure all vendors and attendees participate in what we offer. Discrimination and segregation do not align with our core values.

The exhibitor understands that Gregory Hall, coordinator and founder of the Boss Take Charge event, the host location of the Boss Take Charge event, and the Event Sponsors will not be held liable or responsible for any losses, injuries, or damage during the event hours, set up, and take down times.

Gregory Hall, coordinator and founder of the Boss Take Charge event, cannot and will not guarantee or imply sales as stated within the terms and conditions. The exhibitor's mentality, engagement, marketing, pricing strategy, and professionalism are a direct reflection of the exhibitor's booth's success pending there are attendees present.
The exhibitor understands that payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once submitted under any circumstances outside of event cancellation. If approved first by Gregory, you can have someone take over your table if you are not able to attend. INITIAL BELOW TO CONFIRM.

ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS We do limit the specific amount of wellness style businesses that join our events. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors offering similar services or products. The majority of the businesses in the wellness realm carry or offer similar styles of wellness, services, and items, but we require you to attend with confidence in your unique style and offerings. Additionally, any type of tarot card reading is prohibited at our events. Other prohibited items include: Open flames, incense, or any lit items Scent diffusers or melts with scents Any activities or products that conflict with our event’s core values or policies
FOOD/DRINK - SAMPLE VENDOR APPLICATIONS All vendors seeking to serve ingestible samples at their booths are required to contact the local city health unit (IE: Toronto event, Toronto Health Unit) to inquire if there are additional steps needed to serve. All cities have different requirements, you can call and advise the following - "I am seeking to attend a Boss Take Charge event as a vendor to serve samples of my ________. What steps do you require me to take?" Some may say no steps are required, whereas others have a set procedure. THIS IS YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITY.
