Once this form is submitted, we'll confirm availability and reach out within 2 business days for any additional details needed to send your quote.

After we have the details needed, we'll send your quote & event agreement with a link to pay your 50% deposit. Your date & time are not secured until we receive the 50% deposit.

This form is for services/rental at locations outside our venue. If you're looking to host at our venue - please click HERE to view our packages and book online.

We require a $375 purchase minimum for offsite delivery, setup & take down. But we do offer grab & go items below this minimum that you can pick up from our Flower Mound location!
