Thank you for contacting Dragon Herbs. Your interest in becoming one of our wholesale partners is exciting, and we look forward to working with you.
In order to setup a wholesale account, these are the items that we will need:
• Completed Wholesale Application
• If you are a LAc, DC, or MD, or qualifying Professional Healthcare Provider, you MUST submit a current healthcare license.
If you are a retail brick & mortar health products store or a health clinic with related online store, international online store or are a
practitioner of a wellness modality, you MUST submit the following:
• Copy of business license if one is required in your area
• Copy of seller’s permit if one is required in your state
• Copy of your healthcare license, certification, or training
All items above can be faxed to: (310) 919-1134, Attn: Wholesale Department, or emailed to wholesale@dragonherbs.com.
After we receive the above items, due to a heavy backlog of wholesale requests, please allow 2-3 days currently for us to review your application. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation with your account number.

wholesale department.
Please keep these Wholesale guidelines in mind*:
• You must order 4 or more of each SKU to receive wholesale pricing. Quantities ordered of fewer than the required 4-unit minimum will be charged at full retail price. Some items also have higher minimum order quantities, which are specified in the price lists. Please refer to the latest updated price list for pricing and minimum requirements.
• LAc’s are exempt from this minimum requirement rule, except for Item #699 Heaven Mountain Goji Berries, which have a minimum order requirement of four (4).
• We offer Free UPS ground shipping based on orders of actual in-stock ordered items that total $150 or more after wholesale discount is applied. (When ordering less than $500 in product, shipping is determined by weight of package & distance to shipping destination.)
• There is currently no online wholesale ordering. However, agents are available by phone 7 days a week or you may email an order to wholesale@dragonherbs.com.
• Please note that your account will be periodically monitored to assess if your account is being used strictly for personal use. The intent of our wholesale program is for you to introduce our products to your clients and to promote the concept of Glowing Health, a goal that Ron Teeguarden looks upon as a sacred duty. An account created simply for the goal of a discount defeats this purpose and will be subject to review.
• We have implemented a MAPP or “Minimum Advertised Price Policy” (see page 2); please feel free to call us to learn more about how this benefits you and your business.
• Once approved, you MUST always submit your current healthcare license, business license, or seller’s permit information, if your license/permit is at or close to expiration. Otherwise, your wholesale privileges will be revoked until updated
information is received.
• In the future, we may differentiate between a Wholesale Account and a Practitioner Account which will be determined by your training and scope of practice and may affect what products are available to you at a wholesale discount.
• We have a 60-day return policy on wholesale accounts. All claims of shortage, missing or damaged products must be reported within 60 days of purchase to receive any refunds, replacements, or other adjustments.
