We are requesting your support of the Special Hearts Farm Forever Home Project. Our project will provide our farmers with special needs and unique abilities the opportunities for a meaningful day, supported employment, and housing. Did you know that nearly one quarter of individuals experiencing homelessness have a disability, and that 80% of ALL individuals with disabilities are unemployed?
