To secure your requested date, payment or the required deposit must be received before your order is added to our calendar.

Orders under $200:

Full payment is required to secure your order and date.

Orders over $200 placed in advance: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and reserve your spot on our calendar.

Orders placed within 14 days of the requested completion date:

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

Remaining balances:

For orders requiring a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full 10–12 days before the requested completion date.

Rush orders: Orders placed with less than 14 days’ notice are considered rush orders and must be paid in full.

Rush fees may apply depending on the order and turnaround time.

Please note: No order is considered confirmed or added to our calendar until the required payment has been received.
