By submitting this form, I hereby release and hold without blame for liability Tennessee Stock Horse Association, North East Alabama Agricenter, American Stock Horse Association, and all clinic instructors or their officers, directors, employees, representatives, volunteers, or participants in case of injury or theft incurred to me, my horse, or equipment during the Tennessee Stock Horse Clinic and Show on October 10-13th. By submitting this form, I also confirm that my horse will have a current negative coggins test by October 10, 2024.
I understand that under Alabama Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to the Equine Activities Liability Protection Act.
I understand that any disorderly conduct including extreme disrespect to the show staff, fellow exhibitors, and spectators will not be tolerated. TNSHA Board members reserve the right to deem any disorderly conduct as unsafe and disruptive and will dismiss and escort any participant or spectator off of the premisis with no refunds. Disorderly conduct includes any threatening behavior, refusing to obey an official order for safety purposes, creating a hazardous condition without legitimate purpose, or using foul language with malicous intent toward other persons.Thank you for helping us keep TNSHA shows family-friendly and enjoyable!
