Absence Policy:
We understand that students may occasionally need to be absent. However, frequent absences can hinder their progress, affect class performance, and impact evaluations. Therefore, students are encouraged to limit requests for leave.
Allowable Absence: Students may be absent once every 4 sessions without being charged.
Excessive Absences: If a student exceeds once every 4 times limit, class credits will be deducted. Excessive absences are discouraged to ensure continued progress and consistent evaluation results.
Notice Requirement: To avoid being charged for a session, written notice must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Absences without prior notice or same-day cancellations will result in automatic class credit deduction.
Makeup Class: Students will be allowed one makeup class if they need to cancel due to an emergency, such as illness. This makeup class must be scheduled within two weeks and cannot coincide with their regular class time. Please note that our policy permits a maximum of one-time scheduling for a makeup session. If a student does not attend the agreed-upon makeup class for personal reasons, no additional makeup sessions will be offered.

Refund Policy:
We provide credit refund only for unused classes, all of the used classes are non-refundable. Refund credit can only used at Magikid Robotics Lab of Diamond Bar. Families who choose to withdraw from the program must complete the Magikid Credit Refund Application Form in order to receive Magikid credit for any unused tuition. This credit can be applied toward the purchase of other class packages or camp programs only at Magikid Robotics Lab of Diamond Bar. This credit will expire two years from the date it was issued.
Processing Time: Please allow 4-7 business days for the processing of Magikid credit.
Notice Requirement: A two-week written notice is required before withdrawal. If this notice is not provided, unused tuition will be charged accordingly.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees:
1. Free sessions earned through promotions or referrals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Card payment transaction fees charged by third-party platforms for credit or debit card payments are non-refundable.
3. Classes that purchased by Magikid credit are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
不可退款和转积分费用

Rights to Refuse Service
Students in the Magikid Diamond Bar program are expected to follow the standards and rules of Magikid Diamond Bar. Magikid Diamond Bar reserves the right to refuse services to any family at any time for any reason deemed appropriate.
Discounts
Magikid Diamond Bar offers a 10% sibling discount to the second (or subsequent) child of the same family.
Magikid Diamond Bar offers a $30 or 1 free session referral discount if you are referred by a current student. Both referrer and referree will get the referral discount. The referral discount is only available if referree is a new student.
Any two kinds of discounts cannot be combined except referral discount, which can combined with any discount.
Magikid Diamond Bar为来自同一个家庭的孩子提供第二个孩子9折优惠的兄弟姐妹折扣。

PARENT PERMISSION AND WAIVER
I/We, the parents/guardians of the student named below, understand the nature of the classes and activities that take place at Magikid Lab Diamond Bar, located at 3211 S Brea Canyon Rd #A, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. We hereby grant permission for our son/daughter to participate. We understand that adequate and appropriate supervision will be provided. In the event of an injury requiring medical attention, I hereby grant permission to the supervising teacher(s) or staff (including volunteers) to attend to my son/daughter. If the injury requires further medical attention, I expect every effort to be made to contact me for my specific authorization before any action is taken. If efforts to contact me are unsuccessful, I grant permission for necessary medical treatment to be provided. Additionally, I give permission to the supervising teacher(s) or staff (including volunteers) to take my child to a physician, dentist, or hospital if an accident or serious illness occurs and I cannot be reached. We recognize that unanticipated situations and problems may arise, school-sponsored or otherwise, that are beyond the reasonable control of the supervising teacher(s) or staff (including volunteers). We therefore agree to release and hold harmless the directors, agents, officers, employees, and volunteers of Banana Education Inc., DBA Magikid Lab Diamond Bar, from any and all liability, claims, suits, demands, judgments, costs, interest, and expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising from such activities, including any accident or injury to the student and the cost of medical services, or any cause beyond the control of Magikid Lab Diamond Bar, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, and wars. We have read and understand the contents of this form and voluntarily sign it, waiving any right to claim damages or compensation against Magikid Lab Diamond Bar or its representatives. This agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of our child's participation in Magikid Lab Diamond Bar programs or activities.
