• Cultural Jubilee 2026 Vendor Event Form

    On Saturday, May 16 2026, local organizations are collaborating on a one-day, family-friendly event, held on South Hanchett Street and Tibbits Plaza in Downtown Coldwater. Cultural Jubilee is meant to be a true gathering of neighbors wherein we celebrate the many cultural identities and traditions that thrive in our city and our county. People and groups can choose to be vendors, selling specially crafted items and foods with cultural significance, or host a unique educational exhibit. ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS are subject to committee approval. Once approved, you will be sent information via email listed below for payment to reserve your spot. THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MAY 10,2026.

  • Set up

    • 10:30-12:30 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
    • Entrance to South Hanchett Street and Tibbits Plaza is from the driveway into Tibbits Plaza on W. Pearl St. only. The exit will be at South Hanchett St. 
    • Unload your product on the sidewalk while you park in your space. Everyone please move your vehicle after you unload, then set up your booth/vendor space.
    • If you are not in your booth space by 12:30 PM your designated spot may be forfeited.
    • ALL vehicles must be moved out of the event area by 11:00AM.

  • Please bring canopy weights to avoid uplift.
    No profanity or non-kid friendly items can be displayed.
    Smoking will be prohibited in the festival area.
    Vendors are responsible for any and all licensing & insurance (if required) for their products offered. Please check with the Branch County Health Department for questions pertaining to food products.
    All participants expressly agree to release the City of Coldwater and Cultural Jubilee Volunteers from all liability for injury, damage, or loss to persons or property.
    Food & Beverage vendors must provide sufficient trash receptacles for their products and waste. Vendors must provide separate and proper disposal methods of grease. If trash becomes an issue, the City of Coldwater and Cultural Jubilee volunteers reserve the right to prohibit particular vendors from participating in future events. The city will provide picnic tables and trash receptacles in the general eating areas.

  • Tear Down

    • Do not tear down before the end of the festival or you will not be able to return to the festival.
    • Everyone can begin tearing down at 3 pm, however, those with trailers need to wait until 3:15 pm to be loading.
    • Entrance to the South Hanchett Street, Tibbits Parking Lot, and South Monroe Street is from US 12 (aka Chicago Street) only.  The exit will be at the south of the listed streets.
    • No parking on the streets – only in legitimate parking spaces during teardown only.
  • ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS are subject to committee approval. Once approved, you will be sent information to the email listed above for payment to reserve your spot.
