In this FREE INTRO:

I'll share information about the structure of the upcoming workshop,
We'll read a poem, try out a simple somatic exercise to explore your experience of voice, and engage in some self-reflection. Our theme: what we attempt to tame within ourselves.

This intro is also a wonderful opportunity to meet me, and to get a sense on whether this workshop's content and my teaching style is the right fit for you.
