Perk #4 One (1) FREE ticket to The After Party (more tickets available to purchase below). The party is open to the public and a ticketed event. It will follow immediately after the first day of the expo (Saturday, July 26th) and beheld at the SC State Fairgrounds- Rosewood Ballroom. Entrance includes dinner. Alcohol available for purchase. Will you be attending? These tickets are not transferable.*

Perk #5 Includes (1) FREE VIP early entrance admission. The admission will be for one day only and will be for the day you are NOT scheduled to volunteer. If you plan to volunteer both Saturday and Sunday, you will be allowed to shop during the VIP early entrance times. We ask that if you are not shopping, to please be at your assigned volunteer station.*

1. All volunteers need to be available to commit to at least one full day, either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

2. As an volunteer you agree to keep and maintain a good, professional working relationship within the SE Rare Plant Market Community, vendors and the public.

3. All volunteers are required to wear an expo badge. Each volunteer must be present to collect their badge. We will not give out badges otherwise.

4. Any family, friends, businesses, customers and/or aquaintances of volunteers coming to visit or pick up pre-purchased products must pay admission to go inside the expo.

5. Any volunteer who vacate their spot before the expo closes or before their relieved by another volunteer (by direction of the SE Rare Plant Market staff), will not be asked to return and not be allowed to volunteer for any of our future events. If an emergency arises during the event, please contact RENAY immediately. DO NOT GHOST.

SE Rare Plant market, LLP and its affiliate partners reserve the right to remove you as a volunteer if you choose to not follow any of the above application guidelines.
