Membership - Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to the Find Installers subscription service, devised to support Media Wall Installation Specialists and relative trades with a range of exclusive benefits. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. 2. Membership Requirements To apply to become a member of our network, our membership form must be submitted online. The first subscription payment must be received before we can include you in our community groups. 3. Subscription Fees Subscription fees are required to maintain access to our groups and services. The fees contribute towards the cost of lead generation, advertising, and platform maintenance. Specific subscription amounts and payment schedules will be communicated during the registration process. 4. Lead Generation and Conversion Subscribers will receive leads through our platform. It is the clients responsibility to follow up on these leads and convert them into jobs. Subscribers will also be invited to work on projects, with a scope of work provided for each. All projects are subject to a minimum of 5% commission. 5. Community Engagement and Advertising As a subscriber, you are encouraged to actively participate in promoting the 'Find Installers' community, to the benefit of all members. This includes: Sharing and tagging 'Find Installers' with each post on social media. Submitting work photos upon completion, for us to share on our platforms. Helping FindInstallers to distribute marketing posts, leaflets or QR codes to prospective customers. Joining the sub-groups on our Whatsapp to create more networking opportunities and resources to enhance your business. 6. Benefits of Membership Subscribers gain access to a range of benefits including: Exclusive advertising from members only, to our community of over 320,000 Media Wall Enthusiasts, Trade discounts with a range of suppliers offering additional services, such as: Stovax & Gazco Fireplaces Sketchup Drawings Praash Ltd Web Design & Development Acoustic Paneling Venetian Plaster & High Spec Wall Finishes Fitted Wardrobes Social Media Support 7. Cancellation and Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying an admin. However, no refunds will be provided for any subscription fees already paid. Find Installers reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to the groups if you fail to comply with these terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to the community. 8. Disclaimer Find Installers Ltd do not take responsibility for the quality of any third party project works. All projects resulting from FindInstallers leads are the full responsibility of the members only. While we strive to provide high-quality leads and community support, Find Installers do not guarantee job conversions or specific outcomes; The members must engage with the platforms in order to take full advantage of membership. 9. Amendments to Terms Find Installers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or within the community groups. 10.
