MEETINGS
General member meetings are held quarterly. Committee meetings are held as needed. All meetings are optional but are recommended. Without attendance in person or zoom, it is difficult to ensure all votes are accounted for and your voice is heard. Meeting Minutes will be provided to members via email within a timely manner. Meetings are held to 30 minutes on average but may run over if there are special sessions or topics that arise. We try to respect your time as we understand many of us are busy bodies with children.

PARTICIPATION INTERESTS
We welcome any form of volunteering, not just physical attendance. Examples of volunteering can include, but are not limited to: planning, making copies, distribution, promoting, contacting businesses, monetary or product donations, setting up or taking down, decorating, and more! Volunteering can be done one duty, shift, or event at a time! You can participate as much or as little as you want and you are not held to a commitment by expressing interest. Remember, the more helping hands we have the easier it is for everyone and the more we can do for our students & school!
