This sponsorship level is our most popular and is comprised primarily of auto enthusiast based businesses who serve the Subaru community. The door prizes donated here are sought after by our participants and encourage them to raise more money for our charity. The participants know and love these businesses and always go out of their way to use them before and after the event because of their support for the trip.

Subaru Dealer Sponsor 2025$200.00

Over the past few years, we’ve had an increasing number of Subaru dealerships participating as sponsors of the event. We put this package together so that it would be easier for their advertising departments and maximizes the prizes for the participants. Subaru Corporate always pays attention to which dealers are supporting our event and your logo is on the shirts that go to all the top executives at SOA. Most dealers donate gift certificates good for parts/service in $100 denominations or direct donations towards the event such as a group meal or activity sponsorship.

Individual/First Time Sponsor 2025$ Free

This is aimed at individuals who may be donating prizes from their home based side hustle or first time businesses who have not previously participated in the 48hrs of Tristate. It is a great way to put your toe in the water so to speak and get a feel for what the 48hrs of Tristate is all about.

Special Sponsor 2025$ Free

This is aimed at companies who would like to sponsor the participants at a higher level. Sponsoring a dinner, special activity or other larger sponsor level. Please contact RobM@48hrs.info or CoryC@48hrs.info

Your registration is not complete until we receive the following:
- Low Res JPG/PNG/GIF Logo for our website
- High Res Vector Image File Logo for the T-shirts (if applicable for your sponsor level)
- Gift Certificate for the Prizes (Please include shipping with your prizes) or Payment for Group Meal/Activity Sponsorship
Payment must be received by December 15, 2024 to ensure your logo is included on the T-shirts and other marketing material. All prizes must be received by December 20, 2024.
