• ABOUT Miss Lilly - Founder of Flexibility Academy and Freedom Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

Lilly Downs is a former Ukrainian competitive rhythmic gymnast, a member of the Cheerleading National Team, and a highly experienced and accomplished coach with over 12 years of coaching experience. She has produced numerous State, Regional, and National champions. Over the years, Miss Lilly has worked with many celebrities, national champions in various sports, and dancers and athletes from around the world in both in-person and online settings. Miss Lilly perofrmed over 300 workshops in a Tri-State area.
