TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT: Rexhaven Studio requires a 25% deposit to book any service. All deposits are non-refundable. Balance of service is required to release any service rendered to client. (aka 25/75) Rexhaven Studio has the right to modify these terms if other acceptable terms are agreed upon prior to the start of any service to be rendered. "Other acceptable terms" must be agreed upon within 48 hours of original inquiry of service. If this condition isn't met within the stated allotted time frame then the terms default to 25/75. If the client misses, cancels, or reschedules their booked service the client is responsible for a 50% payment of booked service. PROOFS: All mix proof changes must be submitted within 96 hours of the client receiving the first round of mix proofs. All projects will come standard with 3 rounds of changes and any additional changes will be billed at $25 per change. Rexhaven has the right to waive this additional fee at its discretion. RE-VISITS: Once the client has "signed off" on the project any re-visiting of the project (for changes or otherwise) will be billed at $75/hr with a 1 hr minimum charge. MODIFICATION OF TERMS: Rexhaven Studio (aka Alex Rexroat) has the sole right to modify these terms at any time.
