Director of Marketing and Communications

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Communications Department. Currently, that would be the Social Media Coordinators, but more positions may open up as you see fit. Please describe your experience with people management. *
What do you view as the biggest challenges in our current Marketing and Communications? How do you hope to overcome those challenges? *
This position is an executive level position who will help make operational decisions for the overall organization. Please describe what you see as the biggest challenges for QC and any ideas you have to overcome them, particularly using aspects of the Marketing and Communications portfolio. *
