CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make the appointment or running late, please kindly notify Roxanne at roxyhairlove@gmail.com or text (408) 230-3960 as soon as possible to reschedule. We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If I receive less than 36 hours notice or a no show, a 30% cancellation fee on the service that will charged to the card on file. More than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no call no show.
