We need at least two adults (preferably 3) each club night to be present from 6:15 to 8:30. They will wear security vests, carry radios and patrol the area around our parking lot and church entrance areas. Since our kids play games outside and move between floors at outdoor stairwells we want to have watching eyes and a presence to discourage anyone who may otherwise approach them.
Time Commitment: Wednesday evenings 6:15pm to 8:15pm
It does not have to be the same team every week but we would like parents signing up for this position to commit to serving at least twice a month in this capacity.

During game time you set and re-set equipment for the games, assist with instruction, help keep score and support the games director however needed. Once games are done for the night, you stay as a team clearing the games area and re-storing the equipment in the storage container. Awana Store Keeper
You are over all inventory for our Awana Store during the club year. You track inventory of our Awana Store and let Lisa know when orders need to be placed.
Once a quarter, you and who ever you may recruit – will plan and implement a store for kids where they can redeem their hard earned Awana bucks for prizes. They earn these bucks for finishing handbook work, saying verses, demonstrating leadership qualities, etc. It would be available to the kids during their handbook time so you would need to be present for the entire club time on those nights. Often the store is themed based on the season we are in such as Christmas or Valentines. We have a small budget for this but seek donations for these prizes as well from local vendors – You would drive this effort.
Time Commitment:
- Once a quarter – plan and implement store
