Opportunity to exhibit work in 2027 in the third busiest station in NYS!
CREATE invites artists to submit proposals for an installation in three display cases at the Hudson Amtrak Station. Each display case measures 30"W × 30"H × 2.5"D. Selected work will be on view for approximately two months.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: OCT 15, 2026
NOTIFICATIONS & ARTIST AGREEMENTS WILL BE SHARED NOVEMBER, 2026
Display Periods
Artists selected for the exhibition will be notified and asked to indicate their availability for one of the following installation periods:
January 15–March 15, 2027
March 15–May 15, 2027
July 15–September 15, 2027
September 15–November 15, 2027
Submission Guidelines
- Open to artists based in Columbia, Greene, or Schoharie Counties.
- Artwork in all media and categories is welcome.
- Works must fit the three display cases (30"W × 30"H × 2.5"D each).
- Artwork must be ready for installation by the 15th of the designated start month.
- Selected artists must be available to assist with installation on the designated start date.
Sales & Commission
- Artists receive 70% of the sale price for artwork sold during the exhibition.
- CREATE retains a 30% commission, or more if the artist has indicated a desire to make an additional donation to CREATE.
