I am aware that every parent is expected to volunteer a minimum of 1 shift at our tournament that will be assigned to me at a later date.I am aware that PWA board members communicate with parents primarily through the PWA Facebook page and the Remind app, sometimes through email. To access PWA on Remind: Send a text to 81010 with a text of @pwa2022I have read the Parent Information Packet and understand the rules and regulations.OKWA Liability waiver must be submitted and approved before any child can attend any practices or tournaments. After this registration form is submitted, a PWA board member will submit your information to OKWA and you will be required to approve and sign the waiver via email.
