Complimentary Reception
Friday, March 21, 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sponsored by The Agra Treasurers at the Hampton Inn, 180 Rockridge Road, Englewood, OH 45322. Wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres will be provided. The Hampton is about a quarter mile (uphill) from the Quality Inn, and a free shuttle will be available.
Program
Saturday, March 22, 9:45 A.M. – 4:15 P.M. at the Quality Inn Dayton Airport, 10 Rockridge Rd. Englewood, OH 45322. A boxed lunch and afternoon snack are included in the program fee. General attendee - $65, Vendor - $55, Speaker – Complimentary. A $5 early bird discount applies for registrations with payment postmarked (or submitted online) by January 31.

Dinner and Toasts
Saturday 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the nearby Company 7 BBQ. Buffet-style BBQ with chicken and pork selections. Cocktails (cash bar) at 5:00 P.M. with dinner and toasts at 6:00. $20 per person (complimentary for speakers).

Make your own arrangements. The conference will be held at The Quality Inn Dayton Airport, 10 Rockridge Rd, Englewood, OH 45322. PAYMENT and CANCELLATIONS
We accept cash, checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and PayPal. Please note that you may pay by credit card via PayPal and do not need a PayPal account to do so. International checks cannot be accepted. Refunds (minus any PayPal fees) will be issued for cancellations received before midnight on March 14.
VENDORS
Your $55 fee includes one six-foot table. If you are both a vendor and a speaker, the table will be $35. Please note that vendors do NOT pay a separate general registration fee.
Vendor space sells out quickly, so register early. There is an initial limit of one table per vendor; if you would like another table at $35, please tell us, and we will contact you in early February if spots are available.
SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS
