The goal of this symposium, The systems psychodynamics of Decolonising Minds, Workplaces and Curricula for a better future is to deepen our collective understanding of the underlying psychological and systemic forces at play in the project of decolonisation—understood as the process of addressing and dismantling oppressive and discriminatory colonial structures and mindsets.
Many people and organisations are waking up to the need for decolonisation. This symposium is about generating actionable insights for fostering inclusive and equitable work, learning and community environments. We invite leaders, managers, researchers, practitioners, activists, students and interested others to engage in a rich dialogue about the complexities involved.
