  • BoorYul-Bah-Bilya (Mandoon Bilya - Helena River) Survey

  • Our rivers are in trouble - most are degraded and less than 1% are in pristine condition in Western Australia. We have a unique opportunity to change how our rivers are cared for but we need your help.

BoorYul-Bah-Bilya is a new initiative developed by Bibbul Ngarma Aboriginal Association that aims to address declining river health by creating a new type of community catchment plan for rivers.

Our plan focuses on the Mandoon Bilya (Helena River) located in Perth, but we hope that it will have far-reaching impacts by creating a process that can be applied to any river.

We want to know what you think about the Mandoon Bilya!

Your input is very important to us. The more people complete this survey, the stronger our plan will be, so we want to hear from everyone, even if you don't live near the river.

    Thank you :)
