Be a part of a vibrant and inclusive block party in the heart of Chinatown, building upon the success of the beloved Chinatown Night Market. This neighborhood event will showcase local AAPI musicians, art, makers and community. Celebrate joy with us as we bring this new event to SF!
Calling local AAPI artists, makers and organizations wanting to share an activity or vend, to set up in the block party. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept food vendors due to permitting restrictions.
Please consider applying for as many block parties as you would like.
All vendors should consider:
- That you must bring their own displays, including tables and chairs
- There will be no electricity provided but you can bring your own battery operated lights
- NO tents will be provided, but considering possibility of allowing for them if you have one. Stay tuned.
- Bring trash bags, any trash you generate we expect you to take home.
- There will be approximately 20+vendor spots available and we will ultimately offer spots that reflect diversity in activity and offering.
- Vendor fee is $25/per event - If you are an artist or organization with an art activity to share and nothing to vend, there is no fee, its FREE!
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
If you are confirmed, you will recieve a more thorough vender info packet.
This event is organized by On Waverly, Mister Jiu's, Golden Star Tattoo, Fault Radio, Civic Joy Fund and BeChinatown.
More information will be sent out once we finalize the logistics internally.
