Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or startup operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business models, financial statements, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Knowledge of emerging trends and industry landscapes within the startup ecosystem. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
