The BCTGA October Competition Day gives you a chance to engage with Members and promote your products or services. The introduction of Mini Marketplace stands offers the ideal opportunity to introduce your products or services into the industry where a full trade stand might not be necessary.

By booking a trade stand you are agreeing that you have read and understand the below terms and conditions.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included, and is your responsibility to book. Our suggested hotels are:

Mini marketplace will be open to delegates from 9.00am - 4.00pm on Thursday the 10th October. The mini marketplace element will be run simultaneously with the competition judging, farm tours and talks.
Set Up
Wednesday 9th October, 2pm - 5pm
Thursday 10th October, 8am - 9am
Stand Location
Mini marketplace space location will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Stand Space
All mini marketplace spaces will be space only, no shell scheme. All equipment for your space must be brought with you - there will be no option to hire chairs, gazebos etc.
Cost
The cost for a mini marketplace is £49 + VAT.
PLEASE NOTE: This DOES NOT include a delegate ticket. These must be purchased seperately.
Risk Assessment
It is a requirement that all mini marketplaces booked complete a Risk Assessment. Please submit your Risk Assessment to enquiries@bctga.co.uk prior to the event.
Once you have completed the trade stand booking form, we will reserve your space.
