Terms & Conditions*

1. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice by calling RCIC's office in order to receive a full refund.&#13;&#10;2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a late fee of a 30% deduction from the refund. This fee is intended to compensate for the time that was reserved by the client and cannot be filled by another client on such short notice.&#13;&#10;3. Appointments can be rescheduled with a valid medical emergency reason.&#13;&#10;4. No refunds or rescheduling for late or no-show clients.
