All auction submissions are final and cannot be returned once received by Fanatics Collect and or Black Label Blaster.
Black Label Blaster will auction your graded or authenticated cards without a reserve on Fanatics Collect with a starting bid of $5, to sell to the highest bidder.
Black Label Blaster shall have no liability for items damaged or lost while not in custody or control of Black Label Blaster
Weekly Auctions start on Thursday and end the following Sunday (10 days). Premier Monthly Auctions run monthly and begin on Thursday and end in two weeks (14 days).
Payout percent of hammer price (per card):
$200 - $999.99 - 108%
$1000.00 - $4999.99 - 110%
$5000.00 - $9999.99 - 112%
$10,000+ 112.5%
Payments are made to consignee via Zelle, Paypal and Bank Wire
Payments for sold items will be made the Friday following release of funds from Fanatics Collect. Buyers have 12 days before invoice is defaulted.
Consignee is responsible for providing correct and accurate payment information. Black Label Blaster will not be held liable for issues from incorrect payment information provided by the consignee.
If an item goes unpaid, the consignee will be notified and the item will be automatically relisted for auction. It is the consignees responsibility to contact Black Label Blaster to make any request to withdraw or select when the card is relisted.
Should the consignee wish to withdraw a card from the Fanatics Collect Vault, the consignee is responsible for any shipping and fulfillment fees associated with withdrawing a card from the Fanatics Collect Vault. Items can also be transferred free of charge to your Fanatics Collect Vault. (subject to change)
Amendments / Terminations
Black Label Blaster reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any point in time. We will notify you in the event this were to happen.
New Jersey State Law
The above agreement means Black Label Blaster will be governed and construed in accordance with New Jersey State law.
