Campus Multimedia is leading a national effort to cue up store fundraising events with local schools. Please fill out the required information below and watch for a follow-up email to share your list of stores/restaurants and mailing addresses.

Each owner/franchise group will complete a Scope of Work Agreement and payment terms are 50% due upon enrollment /50% due on by October 15th.

The Campus Multimedia team will reach out to you directly once the form has been submitted.
