Applicants should have solid business expertise and an understanding of the arts.  Candidates with a background in the discipline being applied for, in addition to experience in office management, and staff recruitment, will be considered an asset. Candidates must also have the ability to license National Federations, as well as organize/host World Championships and Conventions in that discipline.
