Project narrative: Provide the name of your project, including how it will provide an artistic community benefit. Please include specifics on your artistic process, feasibility of completion and logistics. Be very specific - what are the dates of your project? What is the venue? Do you have permission to use the venue? Who do you plan to hire? Also address advertising and marketing objectives and how you plan to achieve them. Budget

Attach a complete budget. Provide your project expenses, describing what will be paid for using your grant award, and what will be paid for using supplemental funding. Be very specific - is there a cost for using your venue? who do you plan to hire? what is their payment rate? Show any anticipated project income including personal funds, additional grant funds, ticket revenue, or other sources. Your expenses may not exceed your income. A complete budget is critical to a successful grant outcome: the ability to compile a complete budget is a metric for a successful grant application. You may include a paragraph explaining the budget if necessary.
