• AFTERSCHOOL DANCE REGISTRATION FORM 2026-2027

  • Dates:
    - Classes start after Labor Day weekend, starting on September 8
    - Classes end after the final Performing Arts Showcase on April 30
    - Deadline to Register is September 25, 2026

    Annual Registration Fee: $30 (non-refundable)

    Monthly Tuition per class: $60

    Note: There will be additional charges of approximately $275 for materials, shoes, and costuming items per class. All shoes and performance costumes will be ordered by the instructor. Additional charges are non-refundable. 

    ALL COSTUMES WILL BE WORN IN BOTH THE WINTER AND SPRING PERFORMANCES.

    **All days and times are tentative. Class schedule and availablilty may change based on class enrollment numbers and staff availablity. Parents will be given at least 48 hours notice prior to any schedule change. Unless there is an emergency, class schedules will be finalized by Monday, September 8. If a class cannot be offered due to enrollment or staffing shortages, BCS will either refund the monthly tuition for the class or apply the credit to another class.

              • After school dance programs will run from September 8, 2026 through May 2027. 
              • Each class is a flat monthly fee which will appear on your monthly tuition statement. You will be billed monthly unless you submit a new form indicating the date of withdrawal.
              • All payments are due in advance, on the first day of each month.
              • An annual registration fee of $30.00 is due for each student enrolled in the dance program. This fee is non-refundable. 
              • A monthly fee of $60.00 for dance is due on your Tuition due date and will be billed to your FACTS account.
              • Classes will be held from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm unless otherwise specified. Students not enrolled in Extended Daycare must be picked up within 5 minutes after class dismissal. Students not picked up within the afformentioned timeframe will be signed into Extended Daycare and charged accordingly.
              • Each class will include a Costume Fee of approximately $275 that will cover the class costume, shoes, tights, and other accessories. Costume, shoes, tights, and accessories fees are non-refundable. 
              • Parents are responsible for dancewear for class. 
              • All students participating in the Dance Department are required to perform in a total of (2) performances during the school year (at the end of each semester). Costumes will be worn in BOTH the Winter and Spring performances.
              • Any withdrawals must be submitted via official Withdrawal Form. There will be a $35 withdrawal fee.
