College Student Membership Agreement
This form begins the membership agreement for college students only.
Membership is only valid during the student break. Membership cost will be the amount of days on break multiplied by $1. Student ID and/or verification will be required upon finalizing membership agreement. To finalize this membership agreement and receive your gym access key fob, please visit during office hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-12pm) or schedule an appointment through the Ripon Fitness website (https://www.riponfitness.com/book-online).
