College Student Membership Agreement
This form begins the membership agreement for college students only.
College Student Temporary Passes are only valid for college students visiting from an out-of-area college, not living at home. 7 Day ($35), 14 Day ($50), and $30 Day ($75) Passes are available. Any extra day after 30 days is $5. Pass begins on the day of your in-person membership finalization appointment. Student ID and/or verification will be required upon finalizing membership agreement. To finalize this membership agreement and receive your gym access key fob, please visit during office hours (Monday-Thursday, 11am-1pm) or schedule an appointment through the Ripon Fitness website (https://www.riponfitness.com/book-online).
