  • Although we understand that everyone has a color they are generally drawn to (we will do everything possible to make sure you get the color you are looking for), but we ask that you please keep an open mind and focus not only on color, but personality too. We pride ourselves on being "match makers" and will help guide you towards the best match for you with your top preferences in mind.  We will always focus first on matching the right pup for you, your lifestyle and personality. This way you and your newest family member will have the best chance at succeeding together!

    Thank you for taking the time to complete our application. We carefully review every submission to ensure we are making the best possible matches for both our puppies and their future families. Please allow 24–48 hours for us to review your application. Once it has been reviewed, we will reach out to discuss the next steps.

    Step 2: Home & Yard Video

    As part of our approval process, we ask that you send us a brief video tour of your home and yard. Please show only the areas your puppy will have access to, along with a quick view of your yard or outdoor space. 

    To help ensure your videos send successfully, we kindly ask that you record and send two separate videos: One video of the inside of your home and one video of your yard/outdoor area.
    Please introduce yourself in the video and feel free to share any additional information about your family, lifestyle, experience with dogs, or what you are hoping for in your future companion. The more we know about you, the better we can help match you with the perfect puppy.

    Step 3: Video Call

    If you are interested in a current puppy or litter, we are happy to schedule a video call once your application and videos have been reviewed. This gives you an opportunity to meet the puppies in real time, ask questions, and learn more about the puppy you are considering.

    Step 4: Reservation Deposit

    Once your application has been approved and you have selected a puppy, a deposit may be placed to reserve that puppy. Deposits are non-refundable, as reserving a puppy removes them from consideration by other families. However, deposits are transferable one time to a future litter or available puppy should circumstances change.
