    2025 Alive Conference Exhibitor Registration

  • Illinois Student Ministries, in partnership with Youth Alive Illinois, values the ongoing relationship we share with our Assemblies of God colleges and universities. We appreciate the opportunities these institutions provide for students to pursue higher education in a Christ-centered, like-minded environment. As part of that partnership, we welcome these schools to host exhibitor booths at the Alive Conference.

    Please note that ISM is not responsible for the setup, management, or shipment of any booth materials. Each school is expected to send qualified representatives who are capable of clearly and effectively engaging with students and leaders onsite.

    Booth locations will be pre-assigned prior to the event. All representatives must be pre-registered in advance—no onsite exhibitor registrations will be permitted.

    Exhibitor registration is non-refundable. No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show.

    To encourage greater involvement, ISM offers the opportunity for schools to waive the exhibitor fee by sending a volunteer team of three or more individuals. These teams will assist with event setup (Friday), general operations, and teardown. In return, all attendance fees will be waived for those participating as volunteers.

    For schools not sending a volunteer team, the following payment schedule applies:

    Full payment must be postmarked or submitted online by September 8, 2025.
    A $50 late fee will be applied to any payment received after this deadline.

    Registration includes one booth, one attendee, one slide to loop before sessions & one digital booklet advertisement.

    Preferred Check-In and Booth Set-Up Friday, Sept. 19th at 5:00 PM. First choice booth locations go to those who are sending volunteer groups of 3 or more. 

  • Thank you for your willingness to serve! We are pleased to inform you that your exhibitor fees will be waived. Once you submit this form, you will receive a Volunteer Form for each of your attendees to complete. Thank you!

  • Registration fee of $200 includes one booth, one attendee, one promotional slide & one digital booklet advertisement. Each additional attendee is $50. Each additional booth space is $200. 

  • We request that attending exhibitors provide us with a minimum of two items to give away in our general sessions. What are your items?

    Space is limited and given on a first-come-first-serve basis. ISM reserves the right to refuse advertisements based on content or design. Graphics MUST be received by September 8, 2025. Failure to submit graphics by the specified deadline will result in the loss of advertising space.
