    Nada Alnajafi is an award-winning in-house attorney, speaker, author, and the Founder of Contract Nerds. She currently serves as Sr. Corporate Counsel for Franklin Templeton, a Fortune-500 global financial services organization, where she manages buy-side commercial and technology agreements. Previously, she served as in-house counsel for booming startups and large OEMs within the automotive and tech industries. While Nada is a generalist with experience handling intellectual property, employment, and other corporate matters, she is particularly passionate about contracts. Since 2020, she dedicates much of her time outside of work to creating resources about contracts for lawyers and contracts professionals, including via her company Contract Nerds, her book Contract Redlining Etiquette, and her LinkedIn posts.
